Refund Policy

Video & Photo packages are non-refundable once recording or Photographing has begun.

 

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Incorrect Heat Info or unreported schedule/dress changes which result in missed heats.

• Leader Number not visible to the video stand before the music starts.

• Blocked camera views during crowded heats or not visible to the camera.

• Clients inability to access digital links, Dropbox is used unless other specified by client (note- no DropBox account required to access links sent).

• Not liable for equipment failure, power, internet, or venue issues.

Client Acknowledgment

When placing an order the client confirms that all information submitted is accurate and accepts the following:

 

  • Heat Information: Dance Production House is not responsible for missed or incorrect heats resulting from incorrect information submitted, changes in dress color, or event schedule changes (including combined or moved heats) that are not communicated in person by the client or their representative at the video desk prior to the heat being danced. Heats missed under these circumstances will still be charged, as camera coverage and personnel were assigned for that heat.

 

  • Camera Availability: Orders are allocated to Cameras on a first come first serve basis. There is only 1 VIP Camera unless stated by management. 

 

  • Leader Number Visibility: The client will inform their leader that they have placed an order and to instruct the leader to make sure their number on their back is visible to the video stand before the music starts. 

 

  • Floor Visibility: Video & Photo coverage is subject to normal competition conditions. Refunds will not be issued if a couple is blocked from view by other couples, judges, officials, photographers, or event equipment, or if the couple remains outside the camera’s view without making a reasonable attempt to be visible. Make sure you can be seen.

 

  • Delivery Timing: Dance Production House makes every effort to deliver USB drives or digital links within 48 hours of a client’s final dance. Clients acknowledge that at larger events delivery may take up to 72 hours.

 

  • Digital Delivery: Dance Production House uses Dropbox for link delivery (NO Dropbox account is needed to access the links) and is not responsible for issues accessing Dropbox, Google Drive, or other delivery platforms once delivery links have been sent.

  • Technical / Force Majeure: Clients acknowledge that technical interruptions or circumstances beyond the control of Dance Production House (including equipment malfunction, power or internet interruption, or venue restrictions) may occur, and Dance Production House shall not be held liable for such events.
